I-Tech Gear Oils

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The I-tech series of industrial gear oils are fully formulated highly adhesive, lead-free extreme pressure gear oils with red indicator dye. These gear oils are designed to exceed the requirements of US Steel 224, AGMA 9005-D94.04, Cincinnati Milacron P-59DIN51517 part 3 and David Brown ET 33/80 specifications for EXTREME PRESSURE gear oils.

FEATURES

• I-tech series gear oils with their synergistic blend of additives exhibit extremely high load bearing capability, without the use of lead or chlorine based additives.
• I-tech series gear oils are specially formulated with highly thermally stable extreme pressure additives and these, in conjunction with a synergistic blend of oxidation inhibitors, give outstanding high temperature performance, resistance to viscosity increase and sludge formation.
• I-tech series gear oils have a high level of adhesion and metal wetting properties to resist sling off and leakage, ensuring maximum gear protection.
• I-tech series gear oils show very impressive water separation properties.
• I-tech series gear oils, as a result of the complete additive system, provide excellent corrosion protection to both ferrous and copper-based alloys.
• I-tech series industrial gear oils are recommended for all enclosed gears and speed reducers where an AGMA (4 through 8) oil is required.
• I-tech series resists staining of yellow metals and resists foaming.
